1) How do I schedule an in-person meeting?
You can book by phone or via the reservation form. We’ll confirm your slot within 24 hours.

2) Is the first consultation paid?
The initial 30-minute consultation is non-binding and free. If a deep-dive or above-standard scope is needed, we’ll quote the price in advance.

3) Where do we meet, and is an after-hours slot possible?
Typically at our office (details in Contacts). We can also come to you.

4) What should I bring to the first meeting?
Basic business info is enough (scope of activities, VAT status, number of employees). No need to prepare anything in detail.

5) What does the start of cooperation look like?
A brief needs audit, proposal of a service package and price, signing powers of attorney and the contract, setting up access to the client portal, and launching regular workflows per agreed timelines.

6) Can I switch from another accountant mid-year?
Yes. We’ll request your data, check balances, and ensure a smooth transition without interruptions. We’ll agree a cutoff month together and continue seamlessly.

7) What’s included in the bookkeeping package?
Double-entry bookkeeping, VAT agenda (if you’re a VAT payer), monthly reports, annual financial statements, tax returns, and representation before authorities under power of attorney.

8) How do I submit documents and in what formats?
We prefer digital documents (PDF, XML, CSV). Upload them to the client portal or connect your invoicing and banking systems. Paper documents can be handled by agreement.

9) Do you also help with process setup and optimization?
Yes. We’ll set up document workflows, internal procedures, reporting, depreciation, tax prepayments, and identify legal tax savings. We explain recommendations clearly and in your business context.

10) Can you set up an s.r.o. or make changes to a company?
Yes. We prepare documents, arrange trade licenses, and handle registration in the Commercial Register (ORSR), as well as corporate changes. It’s usually done within a few business days after signing.

11) What does the virtual registered office service include?
An official company address with the owner’s consent, mail reception and scanning, notifications, and forwarding of mail. Depending on the package, short-term meeting rooms are available.

12) Is a virtual registered office legal?
Yes, provided legal requirements are met and with the property owner’s consent. We’ll prepare all documentation for you.

13) Do you provide payroll and related registrations?
Yes. We process salaries and fees, file reports, handle registrations/deregistrations, agreements, annual reconciliations, sick leave/caregiver leave, garnishments, and advise on compensation setup.

14) By when do you need payroll inputs?
Typically by the 15th of the month (or per the agreed schedule) to ensure on-time payouts, contributions, and filings.

15) Do you help with VAT registration and regular filings?
Yes. We assess if registration is beneficial, prepare the documentation, and regularly handle VAT returns, the control statement, and the EC sales list.

16) Do you represent clients during inspections by authorities?
Yes. We prepare complete files, communicate with authorities, and represent you under power of attorney.

17) How do you charge for your services—are there hidden fees?
Our pricing is transparent: a monthly flat fee based on scope plus a price list for additional tasks. External fees (e.g., court or stamp duties) are always communicated in advance.

18) Is there a contract lock-in and what’s the notice period?
We use a standard contract without lock-in (unless agreed otherwise) and with a fair notice period. All terms are clear and easy to understand.

19) How do you protect my information and data?
We comply with GDPR, use a secure client portal, encrypted communication, and internal access controls.

20) Can you connect my existing tools (invoicing, bank, ERP)?
In most cases, yes. We set up integrations to automate as much as possible, reduce errors, and speed up reporting.

21) What will be the outcome of the first meeting?
You’ll get a concise action plan, improvement recommendations, a proposal of service scope and pricing with timelines, and—if applicable—prepared powers of attorney, contracts, and a kick-off of the cooperation.
